Optimize the design and performance of web applications for robust user experience.
Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to improve usability
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality graphics standards
Stay updated on the latest technologies.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Governing the whole user interface and experience and meet W3C requirements
Skills Required:
Solid understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and
jQuery
Expert in understanding of code versioning tools, GIT, etc.
Knowledge about designing tools like Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw etc.
Experience with wireframing /design tools such as Sketch, Figma and Deep familiarity with
UX processes, design systems.
Working knowledge of responsive design and how to deliver high value content and
functionality to multiple devices
Know-how of debugging and testing software for cross-browser compatibility with
responsive design
Knowledge of Web Performance Monitoring tools like GT Metrix, Web Page Test, SolarWinds
Pingdom, Page Speed Insights, Uptrends, Dotcom-Monitor, Site24x7, and Uptime Robot.
Good understanding of basic SEO principles.
Knowledge of content management systems & other major frameworks will be an added
advantage.
Outstanding multitasking and analytical abilities.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with development teams in a SCRUM / Agile Methodologies Experience.
