Execute the B2B strategy, handling the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Educate and nurture prospects, conduct demos to onboard new clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions
and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.)
of prospective client information
Handling Live chat, Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and
working with client through closing process
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and
long-term business development plans.
Work collaboratively with the support and product team to improve the product experience.
Competencies and Skills Required:
0-3 years of sales experience of IT Products, SaaS product, Mobile App & Web service in International
Market.
Strong business and analytical skills with exceptional execution skills.
Self-motivated and skilled to work in a fast growing and challenging startup environment.
Strong decision making and problem-solving ability.
Good negotiation skills through Skype, Phone, Email and in person
Developing sales goals for the organization given Targets and ensuring they are met.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
