Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibility:
  • Execute the B2B strategy, handling the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Educate and nurture prospects, conduct demos to onboard new clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Handling Live chat, Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the support and product team to improve the product experience.
  • Competencies and Skills Required:
  • 0-3 years of sales experience of IT Products, SaaS product, Mobile App & Web service in International Market.
  • Strong business and analytical skills with exceptional execution skills.
  • Self-motivated and skilled to work in a fast growing and challenging startup environment.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving ability.
  • Good negotiation skills through Skype, Phone, Email and in person
  • Developing sales goals for the organization given Targets and ensuring they are met.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
